Our deposit policy is as follows;

we like at least half of the said puppies price to hold but no less then $200.00 then pick up must be no later then 12 weeks of age and I will keep up all shots/worming while in my care. ALl deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards another puppy at later time if you need more time. I will fly or drive to meet you with your new puppy for added fee {either gas by car or added fare which works out to be the same as if he/she flies alone but it is according to rates at time of sale}
we accept Visa, MC, Walmart money gram, personal check, Cash, and bank wire transfer.

All Parenets are on site and I will show by appointment only at my home or I will bring to my grooming shop for you to meet in Winnsboro, SC just let me know ahead of time please.

We also offer Stud service to approved ladies only, they must be tested 1 week prior to coming to my home with certificate from your vet.

our 72 hour Guarantee
You the buyer agrees to take your new puppy to the veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of purchase and taking home of your new puppy for examination.
If your Veterinarian tells you your puppy is unfit for sale, I will refund you with another puppy of same color, sex & price of said puppy, or refund your money back. must have in writing by lic. vet and be checked by my vet Dr. Knight in Winnsboro, SC also{this will be at my cost} Before a puppy can be brought back into my closed breeding kennel at my home I must have puppy rechecked since he/she has left my home and not knowing what he/she may have been exposed to and to protect my other adults/babies at my home. I hope you understand this.

This does not include: "Fontanels" {soft spots like babies have} as this is a Genetic trait in Chihuahua, also cherry eye are not covered and can occur at any time with strees , change in home etc. and is also know in this breed.
If you fail to take your new puppy for full exam to vet of your choice within 72 hours it will void this agreement.
The said puppy and ownership therof will be transfered back to me upon replacement or refund.

One Year Genetic Guarantee
If within 1 {one} year of purchase of one of my Chihuahau puppies it should become sick and your veterinarian says tht the problem is genetic, then I will replace your puppy with one of same color, sex and price. I DO NOT PAY VET BILLS. I will replace within 1 {one} year of of faxed vet copied of Genetic problem at that time I will take puppy/dog back into my kennel. I'm a small breeder and may not have puppy you want at this time.

For this guarantee to be valid you must adhere to the following:

1) You must notify me immediately so that I may set an appointment with my Veterinarian. I will then inform you of when and where the appointment is and the veterinarians name.

2) We will then meet there on the date and time of the appointment.

3) You must bring your puppy along with a signed statment from your veterinarian as to what the prognosis is.

4) Once my Veterinarian examines your puppy, he will either agree or disagree with your veterinarians findings. If he agrees I will replace your puppy with one of equal value when I have one avaible and within 1 {one} year.

5) I must have ALL papper work of said puppy back with all legal rights. Including vet paper work, shot record & CKC papers and if signed I need ownership signed back over.

1) Cherry eye, tear ducks

2) Fontanels { soft spots}

3) over size (6-7lbs}

4) parvo, coccidiosis, accidents, or problems from lack of veterinarian care such as annual check-ups, vaccinations, and worming. It must be a genetic problem.
