I 'm a Very small breeder 15 pairs of breeders; including Macaws,Sun's,Jenday's,Budgies & RingnecksI do offer a guarantee on all my birds THEY MUST BE TAKEN TO VET WITHIN 72HRS! On ALL my birds they leave me healthy. Birds unlike dogs are mostly made up of air sacks, and very easy to get sick either cold, or from burning candles, sprays, floor cleaners, smoking , branches from outside etc. When a bird is showing sighs this is usually to late to save them. Also if you have a bird or planning on one in the future please locate a "Avian Vet" in your area. They have them listed either on the Internet or in "Birdtalk" magazine.
