Here is our main display of Parakeets that are for sale to the public. We have another breeding area for others and other species as well. These parakeets are both raised here and purchased at wholesale shows. They make great pets and are inexpensive to purchase. I offer some various cages for these pets. If they are handled regularly they become very friendly and make great companions.

Here I am in front of The Pet Shack front left window (this is only part of the shop). I am holding 5 of the kids in my arms. Behind the curtain is Shack, the mascot for the Shop. He is a Miligold Macaw and you can see him below in another picture. We are located downtown Winnsboro next to the town clock on Main street. Come check us out and see the birds that are inside the doors. Most of the dogs are kept at home, so you won't be able to see all of them....but I bring some with me everyday that you can hold. We are a very friendly place to visit with a different experience each time you come. You will want to come back.

Here he is, the shop mascot. Shack is his name and he will greet you when you come in. Sometimes he will say "Hello, Pet Shack" when you walk in the door. He has a large vocabulary and learns more all the time. He is really a clown too, playing all sorts of tricks on people. He can be a bit mean sometimes and nip you, then cry "Ouch, stop it"! He has learned to wave at people also. His cage is open during the day and he can come out and play in the plate glass window area. He doesn't leave his area, but you can walk up and talk with him if you like. Just be careful, he is quick! He is a cross between a Military Macaw and a Blue and Gold Macaw...making him what we call a Milligold Macaw. Come check him out.

Here is the dreaded Porkchop. She is an English Bulldog with a stubborn streak a mile wide. If you have ever tried to control one, you would know what a task that can be. She hates other dogs but loves people. Try taking her for a walk!

Here is Rosta playing with some of the Chihuahuas. She is a bit larger than they are but she loves them dearly and will take up for them. She thinks the puppies are hers all the time and she helps out taking care of them. All the members of the family get along really well...except for Porkchop! LOL

Yes they are hairless rats! These are some nice guys, if you like rats for pets...lol. I raise these guys and they are tame as can be. They are cheap and easy to feed. If you like hamsters, then these guys make great conversation pieces. Look how cute they are! There are two in there that have hair, can you spot them?

Here are two puppies that were rescued and brought to the Shack when they were only a few days old. I hand fed these babies and made them fat and healthy. I joking named them my little beaver puppies because of the way they looked and how fat they got. One even died on me twice and I had to give it CPR to revive her. They turned out great and unfortunantly they are gone to homes now. We miss our little beavers! But I know they are in happy homes.

Now this is one happy customer! She took this little puppy from us in Atlanta, Ga at the airport and fly it back home to New Jersy. Yes, our pups travel! There is also one that left the country and went to Prague to be in the European dog show ring! We drove to Atlanta to meet her, and have driven to Raleigh, NC and Fayetville, NC to deliver pups. We work with our customers when it comes to these little chihuahuas.
